About Us

Set up by Masterchef winner, Thomasina Miers, and co-founder Mark in 2007 in an old basement bar in Covent Garden, we’ve grown to 14 unique restaurants. You'll find us in London, Brighton, Edinburgh and Cardiff.

It's a melting pot of spectacular food, ever evolving restaurants, abundant fresh ingredients, warm welcomes, mezcal, sunshine. Oaxaca is recognised as a culinary capital of Mexico. It's the spirit of Mexico, from Oaxaca to Wahaca. It's where our story began and the home of our inspiration.
