What you’ll do:
- Support the Café Manager in leading, motivating, and supporting the front-of- house team
- Assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a smooth service flow and consistent quality
- Help maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation throughout the café
- Contribute to stock management, ordering, and supplier coordination
- Support training and developing team members, encouraging a culture of excellence and hospitality
- Assist in managing guest feedback with professionalism and care
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to implement processes and elevate the overall guest experience

- Experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality supervision or management
- Strong communication skills and natural leadership qualities
