The Role
PYRO is looking for a powerhouse Bar Manager to ignite our beverage program. This is a role for a strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of creative mixology and commercial rigour. You will be responsible for the heartbeat of the venue, ensuring every drink served is a masterclass in innovation while maintaining the financial health of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Leadership: Own the bar’s P&L, driving revenue and protecting profitability through savvy commercial strategies.
- Creative Innovation: Lead the charge on seasonal drink programmes and menu development, ensuring PYRO stays at the forefront of the cocktail scene.
- Operational Precision: Execute meticulous costings and stock management to ensure a high-performing, low-waste environment.
- Team Evolution: Recruit, mentor, and reshape the bar team into a high-performance unit capable of delivering world-class service under pressure.
