Alba Restaurant is seeking a passionate and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our BOH team in Knightsbridge, opposite Harrods.
Inspired by the Amalfi Coast, Alba is a refined Italian restaurant where authentic hospitality, exceptional ingredients and modern flair come together in a truly memorable dining experience.
Working alongside Executive Chef Stefano Tortelli, you will play an important role in delivering beautifully executed dishes in a quality-driven, ambitious kitchen.

About you
- Experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Junior Sous Chef
- Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Strong understanding of food hygiene, H&S and allergens
- Eager to learn and develop
- Italian cuisine experience is a plus
