Head Chef

Rosa's Thai • Full-time • London • 4w ago

We’ve come a long way since Saiphin Moore and Alex Moore opened our first restaurant in 2006.

Back then, they couldn’t afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End café. Rosa’s Thai Café was reborn.

Today, we’re a growing group of restaurants across the UK.

Same ambition. Same values. Same love for proper Thai food.

The role

We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen.

You’ll take ownership of the food, the team, and the standards. Every dish, every service, every detail

Deliver every dish to spec—consistent, fresh, and full of flavour
Train, coach and develop your team
Keep standards high across prep, service and cleanliness
Manage stock, ordering and food safety
Work closely with the General Manager to run a strong, balanced restaurant
Take pride in every plate that leaves the pass

What we’re looking for

A strong leader with experience in Asia cuisine and running a busy kitchen
Calm under pressure and leads from the front
High standards and sharp attention to detail
Passion for food and respect for ingredients
A team builder who supports and develops others
Someone who takes ownership and gets stuck in
