About Us

House of Louie, part of a world-class hospitality collection including RIKAS, Paris Society and the Ennismore Group, is a stunning 4-storey townhouse in the heart of the West End, offers a diverse range of culinary experiences.

With our contemporary Japanese concept, launching in September, alongside our well-established French restaurant, serving exquisitely crafted traditional dishes. The vibrant Alligator Bar delights guests with creative cocktails, fusion bar snacks, live music and exciting DJ sets.

About the Role – you will:

Run a designated section with confidence and skill
Prepare, cook and present dishes to specification
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
Ensure stock rotation and minimal waste
Support junior kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team environment

About You – you will have:

Previous experience as Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef
Passion for quality food and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Food hygiene certification (Level 2 minimum)
A positive attitude
